At its November 13th Board meeting, Big Sky EDA approved the recommendation of the selection committee to contract with AECOM Environment to conduct the Brownfields Assessment Project in the East Billings Urban Renewal District. AECOM, with offices in Billings and Fort Collins, will carry out assessments only with property owner permission, using funds awarded to Big Sky EDA by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
